The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) was created to help prevent collection agency abuses. The FDCPA guidelines prevent collections agencies from harassing debtors and annoying them with phone calls. In addition, the FDCPA requires collection agencies to send the debtor a “validation notice” after contacting the debtor to verify how much debt is owed and to whom the debt is owed.

Nationwide Recovery Systems, Ltd. has been in business for approximately 31 years, and in that time, they have only received 59 complaints, all of which have been resolved or closed.
